Order Processing

All WXLF orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work preparing your pack.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Standard delivery across India. Business days only — weekends and holidays don't count.
Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Keep an eye on your inbox — and your spam folder just in case.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across India only. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and delivered via trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within India. Remote areas may occasionally take a little longer.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

Right now, we're fully focused on delivering the best possible experience within India — from quality control and fast dispatch to making sure every order reaches you in perfect condition. We'd rather do this right than rush it.

Delays & Issues

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, WXLF is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll look into it for you.

Wrong Address?
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Damaged on Arrival?
If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out — no questions asked.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we replace it or refund it. No questions asked. Always.

What We Cover

Because every piece is made exclusively to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly recommend checking our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.

However we fully cover the following:

How to Report an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — here's how to get it sorted fast.

Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

We Review It

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours with a resolution — replacement or refund, your choice.

We Make It Right

We'll send a replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No return shipping required from your end.

Tip

Always take photos of your order when it arrives. This helps us resolve issues faster and ensures you're covered.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective product or the wrong item entirely — this is on us and we'll fix it. No questions asked, no return shipping cost to you.

— A clear photo of the issue
— Whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund
